Warranty Guarantee

It is the aim of Hotsteel Collection jewellery to be the premier choice for fine quality stainless steel jewellery. Hotsteel Collection jewellery merchandise has a limited 30-day warranty from sale date and is guaranteed against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. This warranty does not, however, apply to items subjected to excessive wear, abuse, or physical damage whether accidental or otherwise.

Hotsteel Collection jewellery will accept the return of new, undamaged merchandise, in original condition, with the following provisions;

Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date, in original condition, and in the original packaging. All returns must be accompanied by the proof of the purchase and guarantee card stamped by retailer.

All returned merchandise will be inspected by a Hotsteel Collection jewellery agent prior to issue of repair or exchange.
