hotsteel Collection is an Australian jewellery brand. All orders are carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or Victorian, Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During sales, promotional periods and holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Personalised, custom made or pre-order products may require additional production time. The estimated timeframe will be stated on the product page or confirmed after your order is placed.

Shipping Within Australia

We offer delivery throughout Australia using Australia Post or another trusted courier service.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Standard delivery: approximately 3–7 business days
• Express delivery: approximately 1–3 business days
• Regional and remote locations may require additional time

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, severe weather or other circumstances outside the control of hotsteel Collection.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to selected countries. Available destinations, shipping costs and delivery options will be displayed at checkout.

International delivery generally takes approximately 7–21 business days after dispatch. Customs processing may cause additional delays.

The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

hotsteel Collection cannot guarantee international delivery dates or accept responsibility for customs delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.

Correct Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

If you need to change your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed or dispatched.

hotsteel Collection is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied by the customer.

Authority to Leave

If you provide authority to leave your parcel in a safe location, you accept responsibility for the parcel once the courier records it as delivered.

For valuable orders, a signature may be required upon delivery.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears to be delayed, lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photographs where applicable.

We will assist with lodging an enquiry or claim with the delivery provider. Courier investigations may take several business days to complete.

Please do not discard damaged packaging until the matter has been reviewed.

Unclaimed or Returned Parcels

If an order is returned to hotsteel Collection because it was unclaimed, refused or addressed incorrectly, the customer may be required to pay an additional shipping fee before the order is sent again.

Original shipping costs are non refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Separate Deliveries

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally be dispatched in separate parcels. If this occurs, you may receive more than one tracking number.
